What is Menlo Club – Premium Seasonal?

Premium Seasonal is an elevated version of Menlo Club. We aim to offer a personal concierge service that takes the complications out of shopping for clothes and allows personal curation of packages that fit your lifestyle.

Delivered seasonally (every quarter), you can expect a core package of 3 pieces of apparel that will complement your wardrobe. To build a more robust wardrobe, there will also be a capsule collection specifically designed for the upcoming season that not only builds on the core package that you will receive, but also past season’s apparel you already have in your closet. You will get exclusive access to this capsule collection and be able to add apparel to your upcoming seasonal package before it ships.

What does Premium Seasonal cost?

Seasonal Club members are charged $99 every three months for each delivery (unless on a grandfathered plan), plus any applicable taxes and/or surcharges based on your location.

What will I receive?

Over the course of a year, members will receive four curated packages of Five Four apparel and related accessories. The core package will include three items of Five Four apparel that reflect the member's style preference, as well as the current season.

There will also be an exclusive capsule collection every season that has been designed to complement and add onto the core package. Members can purchase any of these pieces to be added to their core package by the 15th of the season. After the 15th, members can shop the online store to receive them in a separate order.

What else does the membership include?

Along with the curated seasonal packages, members will receive: (1) A dedicated stylist that is available daily during business hours to answer questions and help with the service, (2) FREE shipping on all orders and (3) Access to the season’s digital magazine and exclusive capsule collection that will be available for purchase to add onto their core package

Is there any additional commitment?

There is no commitment and your membership can be paused or cancelled at any time. Please make sure to contact us 24 business hours prior to your next slated membership fee.

How can I cancel my membership?

Members can call in at (888) 341-2381 Monday through Friday from 9:00AM PST and 5:00PM PST or they can use Live Chat to update their member status between 8:00AM PST and 5:00PM PST.

For security reasons we can only process a cancellation once a member has spoken to their personal stylist.

Members can cancel at anytime, however to avoid being charged for another season, cancellations must occur 24 hours before the next season’s charge date, which can be found below:

Winter (December to February) December 15th

Summer (June to August) June 15th
Fall (September to November) September 15th

Can I skip my next season?

Members can skip a delivery/season at any time. Members can either pause from their dashboard (only once per season) or they can contact their personal stylist 24 hours before the next charge date, during business hours.

Billing

When will I be charged for my seasonal packages?

Members will be charged on the 15th of every season according to the schedule below:

Winter (December to February) December 15th
Spring (March to May) March 15th
Summer (June to August) June 15th
Fall (September to November) September 15th

What is the Seasonal membership fee?

Seasonal members are charged $99 every three months at minimum, plus the cost of any add-on apparel from the capsule collection that is added to your box. Applicable taxes and/or surcharges based on your location also apply.

When will my credit card be charged?

The first season's membership fee is charged right after you finish setting up your account on the secure checkout page. For each subsequent season, members are charged according to the schedule found in the “When will I be charged” section. Seasonal members should expect the charges to occur every 90 days on average.

Which forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders or PayPal at this time.

Are there any additional charges?

1. There is a $7 surcharge for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
2. Residents of California must pay a 7.25% sales tax.
3. There is a $25 surcharge for members based in Canada.

These surcharges do not include any applicable duties or tariffs levied in Canada that members may also be held responsible.

Can I use multiple promo codes when signing up for membership?

Only one promo code is allowed at sign up and are subject to change at any time without notice. Referral codes from monthly members cannot be used at this time.

Can I add a referral code credit to my account after I have signed up?

Referral codes cannot be used at this time.

Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

What is the return policy?

Unworn & undamaged items can be returned for store credit of the full MSRP of the item. Please contact your stylist to start the return process and to obtain a return label. After the item is received, store credit will be issued to your Menlo Club account.

What is the refund policy?

We do not allow refunds unless the merchandise is defective. We do offer returns for store credit, please see the above section.

What is the exchange policy?

You may exchange items due to sizing issues within 30 days of receiving them. Please contact your stylist or email our Member Experience team at premiumservice@themenloclub.com or through Live Chat and they will assist you with processing the exchange. All items must be received in unworn condition, with no stains, tears, or visible signs of use or they will not be accepted.

You may also exchange items in the core package for those in the capsule collection, but will be responsible for covering the cost difference if the item is priced at a higher MSRP value. If the item is a lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit in your account.

Customers located outside of the contiguous United States are responsible for shipping charges incurred when sending the item for exchange back to our warehouse. We will cover the shipping on the way back to you.

Am I able to cancel my order?

We cannot refund or cancel a shipment once your payment has been processed.

Am I able to track my order?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log on to your account and access this information in your member dashboard.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all members within the contiguous United States. There is a $7 surcharge for shipping to Members in Alaska or Hawaii. There is a $25 surcharge for members based in Canada. These surcharges do not include any applicable duties or tariffs levied in Canada that members may also be held responsible.

When can I expect to receive my package?

Packages are shipped usually within 3-5 days after the charge date. Depending on where you are located, packages can arrive between 7-10 days after the shipping date.

Please note that all following packages after the first will occur in accordance with the seasonal billing dates.

Apparel Facts & Care

Do I get to choose what items I get in my seasonal package?

For each delivery, Menlo Club members receive a curated package that reflects the current season. Curation and convenience are two of the key benefits we provide to all our members.

As an exclusive benefit to Seasonal members, they will also have the ability to add on apparel & accessories from each season’s exclusive capsule collection. Items added before the 15th of the beginning of the season will be shipped alongside the core package.

After the 15th, members can shop the online store to purchase apparel that may still be remaining.

What if I want to change my sizes?

Log into your account and access your Member Dashboard and make adjustments to your sizes. You can also contact your stylist or email our Member Experience team at premiumservice@themenloclub.com to help with any changes.

What are my inseam options on pants & jeans?

All of our inseams are standardized. Five Four pants come with waist sizes 29-34 inches have a 32 inch inseam. Waist sizes 36-44 inches have a 34 inch inseam. Our pants do not come in waist size 35.

What is the best way to wash and care for my clothes?

Cotton and cotton-blend items:

Machine wash on cold with like colors and tumble dry on a low temperature. Iron if necessary, on the lowest setting for that material.

Denim:

Machine wash cold with the jeans inside out. Hang dry to prevent shrinkage and to keep the color from fading.
